Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our automotive service team. This entry-level role is essential to diagnosing and repairing basic vehicle systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and supporting tire and battery service in a busy retail shop.

You will learn to diagnose brakes, alignments, suspensions, electrical systems, and more while delivering quality customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
