Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Nashville, TN is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join a strong service team. Learn to diagnose and repair basic vehicle systems while supporting daily tire and service operations.

Full and part-time benefits start from day one, including tool program discounts and training opportunities. You will perform oil changes, tire maintenance, battery installs, and road test vehicles with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
  • Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
  • Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
  • Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
  • Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install and perform tire maintenance.
  • Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
  • Road test vehicles.
