Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician as an entry level role with Firestone Complete Auto Care. You’ll join a team servicing vehicles, with full and part-time benefits starting day one, including a tool program and ASE certifications.

Pay range shown supports both growth and learning within the Bridgestone family, including comprehensive healthcare and a 401(k) plan. Strong basic math and reading/writing ability, plus a valid driver’s license, are required as

Qualifications

  • Learn to diagnose and repair basic automotive systems as part of a team.
  • Must have ability to read, write and perform basic math tasks.
  • Experience in automotive service is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and repair brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
  • Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
  • Install tires, batteries and shock absorbers; test and road-check vehicles.
