Bridgestone Americas is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join the Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Columbus, OH. You will be part of a supportive crew servicing vehicles, with full-time and part-time options and benefits from day one.

Pay range listed is $13.20–$19.80 per hour; the role emphasizes learning basic mechanical tasks, safety, and professional ASE-certification readiness within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
