Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Firestone Complete Auto Care team in Warren, OH. This entry‑level position supports servicing vehicles and contributes to a high‑performing team.

Full and part‑time benefits start from day one, including a tool program discount and competitive pay. You will diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, perform routine maintenance, and conduct road tests.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical.
• Change oil and/or perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
