Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Ohio. This entry-level position supports a high-volume service team and offers full and part-time benefits from day one, including a tool program and ASE certification opportunities.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes, tire maintenance, and road testing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
