Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Firestone Complete Auto Care. This entry-level role involves diagnosing and repairing basic automotive systems, performing oil changes and tire maintenance, and supporting a busy service team.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Experience in automotive service industry preferred.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems, including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust and electrical.
• Oil changes and scheduled maintenance services.
• Install and perform tire maintenance.
• Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
• Road test vehicles.
