Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle entry-level insurance claims.
• Study policies, endorsements, and forms to build product knowledge.
• Learn and follow company claim handling procedures.
• Develop entry-level negotiation and settlement skills.
• Interact with claimants, legal counsel, and third-parties.
• Maintain and use designated software for loss adjustment.
