Hopebridge in Lebanon, TN is seeking an entry-level Autism Support Specialist. You will contribute to therapy services, work directly with children on the autism spectrum, and receive paid training along with on-the-job support to obtain the RBT certification.

You’ll join a team focused on skill-building, communication, and school readiness, with a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits, and professional development opportunities designed to support growth in autism intervention.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and communication for children with autism.
• Learn from BCBA professionals to provide effective therapy.
• Review and implement behavior plans and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes for intervention plans.
• Support children’s development in communication, social skills, and school readiness.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness, just to name a few
