Job summary

Hopebridge in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help create a meaningful impact on a child’s life and families. The role offers on-site work with paid RBT certification training and development programs.

You will work with BCBAs, monitor progress, and document outcomes while supporting skill acquisition and communication for children with autism. This position emphasizes professional growth and a stable weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories and help kids and families celebrate milestones.
