Job summary

Hopebridge in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. You’ll work under BCBA supervision to implement therapy plans and help develop communication and school readiness.

We offer paid RBT certification, a flat hourly rate, professional development stipends, benefits, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, relocation opportunities, and a Monday–Friday schedule in a collaborative, child-focused environment.

Responsibilities
