Job summary

Hopebridge in Thompson's Station, TN is seeking an entry level Child Development Specialist. You will support therapy for children with autism, learning directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts to deliver effective interventions.

Responsibilities include creating developmental environments, reviewing plans, and documenting progress. The role offers RBT on-the-job training, paid certification potential, and a Monday–Friday schedule with ample PTO and benefits.
