Job summary

Behavioral Health Works in California seeks a motivated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support ABA therapy for children with ASD in home and community settings. You will track progress, collaborate with families, and stay active during sessions.

We offer part-time hours (10–15/wk) after 3 PM, travel to client locations, and a range of voluntary benefits for staff. A passion for helping kids and growth with a fast-moving team is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 College Credits completed OR 6–months of recent work experience with children with developmental disabilities OR an active RBT certification.
• Must have availability: at least 3 days/week, 10 hours/week, after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to client sessions.
• Access and use of a smartphone or similar device to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Maintain strong communication with families and team.
• Be energetic, fun, and able to engage active children.
