Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to join our team serving children and adolescents with ASD. You will deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy, track progress, and collaborate with families to support skill development.

We value energetic, reliable teammates with 3+ days per week availability after 3 PM, transportation to client sites, and comfort using mobile devices to capture data. Starting pay ranges $23–$28 per hour depending on experience and DOE.

Qualifications

• 60 college credits completed OR 6 months of relevant experience OR an active RBT certification.
• Minimum availability of 3 days per week for at least 10 hours per week after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation & comfortable driving to client sessions.
• Access to a smartphone or similar device with internet to capture session data.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Strong communication with families and team members.
• Implement behavior support plans and ensure client safety.
• Travel to assigned client locations as required.
