Job summary

SAIC in Orlando is seeking an entry-level Training Scenario Developer to help design, develop, validate, and manage ATC training scenarios for nationwide FAA simulation programs.

You will translate FAA objectives into realistic, operational training experiences and support multiple ATCTs with diverse traffic mixes and vehicle types, applying scripting and game-development skills in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields.
• FAA Public Trust eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing ATC training scenarios based on FAA scripts and objectives.
• Contribute to multi-position scenario development including LC, GC, FD, CD, Supervisor, and RPO.
• Validate scenarios to meet end-states; perform quality reviews and document results.
• Coordinate with instructors and FAA personnel to translate training objectives into simulations.
