Job summary

Adacel Technical Services, Inc. (ATS) is seeking a Field Service Representative to support ATC simulator systems at customer sites in the United States.

The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software, performing upgrades, and training staff on maintenance and operation of the ATC simulator. Qualifying candidates will have ATC experience (FAA/US Military or AT-CTI), strong communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with ATC simulation systems and related hardware/software.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, displays, printers, and ensure software upgrades.
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain ATC simulator hardware.
• Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve software problems; install upgrades and patches.
• Train personnel on ATC simulator maintenance and operation; operate simulator for training.
• Prepare site reports and assist in scenario development as needed.
