Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA is seeking a qualified professional to perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, parenterals, devices, aerosols, liquids, creams and gels.

You will run instrumentation independently, set up and validate new analytical methods, prepare standards and samples, execute transfer protocols, and document work to GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field (or equivalent).
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished pharmaceutical products (tablets, capsules, parenterals, devices, aerosols, liquids, creams, and gels).
• Run instrumentation independently including, but not limited to, various chromatographic systems.
• Preparing samples for analysis and running some instrumentation with minimum supervision.
• Set up and validate new analytical or related processes used by the department.
• Prepare standards and samples for analysis.
• Execute method transfer protocols.
• Document work as required for GMP compliance.
• Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other related degree concentration, orequivalent directly-related experience
• Authorization to work in the United Statesindefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is full-time, working 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday, plus overtime as needed. Candidates currentlyliving within commutable distance to Lancaster, PAare encouraged to apply.
