Job summary

Exeter Finance is seeking an entry-level Internal Auction Coordinator to join Asset Remarketing. You will help assign vehicles to auction and provide essential administrative support.

You’ll monitor the mailbox, respond to requests, coordinate with vendors and internal staff, and ensure compliance with Exeter’s policies, safety rules and applicable laws. This remote role (LI-Remote) pays $18.60–$22.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months Asset Remarketing experience preferred.
• 6 months administrative support experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of AutoIMS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Asset Remarketing Mailbox and respond to requests promptly.
• Assign vehicles to auction as needed.
• Follow up with vendors on transport requests.
• Request titles and distribute documents to auctions and title vendors.
• Maintain communication between auction, vendors and staff to minimize losses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
