Job summary

ManpowerGroup is helping Industrial find an Assembly to join their manufacturing team in Chippewa Falls, WI. You will support production by running gluer machines, folding, forming and assembling products across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Training provided, no prior experience required, and focus on quality and teamwork. The position offers hourly pay of $14-$16 with time-and-a-half after 28 hours, plus a strong benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of fulfillment tasks including running gluer machines, folding, forming, and assembling products.
• Operate machinery such as stitchers, wrappers, banders, and laminators to support production needs.
• Assist in assembly tasks like kitting, gluing, and forming to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Print load tags for finished goods, raw materials, and work-in-progress items as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing cleanup activities and following safety procedures.
