Chapter 2, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an assembler to join our production team on 1st shift. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in precision work, we want to hear from you.

You will fasten components, inspect products, read blueprints, align parts, lubricate tooling, and follow safety procedures in a climate controlled facility with a strong work culture.

Qualifications

• Reliability and responsibility; able to work independently and with others.
• Attention to detail and precision in manufacturing tasks.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and perform heavy lifting as required.

Responsibilities

• Fasten or install components to form assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools.
• Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify conformance to customer specifications.
• Position or align components for assembly manually.
• Read and interpret assembly blueprints or specifications and plan operations.
• Maintain and lubricate components and tooling.
• Assemble systems of gears by aligning and meshing gears in gearboxes.
• Follow safety, quality, and preventive maintenance procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Fasten or install components to form assemblies or subassemblies using hand tools
• Inspect, operate, and test completed products to verify functioning conformance to customer specifications
• Position or align components for assembly manually
• Read and interpret assembly blueprints or specifications manuals and plan assembly or building operations
• Maintain and lubricate components and tooling
• Assemble systems of gears by aligning and meshing gears in gearboxes
• Follow safety, quality, and preventive maintenance procedures

Candidate(s) should be a reliable and responsible individual, able to work independently and well with others. Must have excellent attendance record! Heavy lifting and standing is required.
