Job summary

Staff-Force in Wisconsin is seeking manufacturing associates for 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am). The role focuses on safe operation of a high-paced assembly line, meeting takt time and quality standards, with training and cross-training opportunities.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be willing to undergo a national background check and drug test, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, and attendance is important.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Must be able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate safe, efficient line/cell, meet takt time and quality targets.
• Perform line setup, start-up and shut-down as required.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities (kaizens, line-side ideas).
• Handle packaging duties including packing into bags, cartons, and boxes.
