Job summary

Warn Automotive in Milwaukie, Oregon seeks an Assembly Technician to perform routine and simple tasks on a fast-paced production line, using hand and power tools to build sub-assemblies and mount components.

Under close supervision, you will follow quality procedures, read instructions, maintain safety, collaborate with leadership and team members, and contribute to timely, high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to load parts in predetermined order into pallets or fixturing.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manufacturing instructions, and diagrams.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and intranet navigation.
• Strong oral and written communication, teamwork and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties on a fast-paced line using standard procedures and tools.
• Differentiate conforming vs non-conforming parts by visual inspection and fit/function checks.
• Assemble sub-assemblies, mount components, and use hand/power tools as directed.
• Participate in team, system, and safety meetings; communicate clearly with teammates.
• Maintain time management, quality focus, and safe work practices; assist with other duties as needed.
