Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, subassemblies, and components per drawings and instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and equipment as trained.
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specs.
• Verify parts and materials prior to assembly.
• Maintain production records and complete documentation.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, and process concerns.
• Support workstation setup, material handling, and inventory movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to meet goals.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and safety expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
