Carrier-Charlotte is hiring an Assembly Technician I to safely operate power tools and assemble components to exact specifications. You will read blueprints and work instructions, follow prescribed procedures, and support multiple stations within the department to ensure on-time, high-quality output.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience, plus familiarity with reading blueprints and measurement tools.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing assembly.
• 1+ year reading blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments.

Aufgaben

• Safely operate power tools to assemble components to specification.
• Identify improvement areas and communicate changes effectively.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and assist with department housekeeping.
• Support multiple stations within the department and work overtime/weekends as needed.
