Job summary

ABB Inc. at the Pinetops, NC facility seeks an assembler to support production targets on the shop floor. You will read and interpret technical diagrams for assembly of products, operate basic machinery, and assist with packing as part of integrated production lines.

You will work onsite, perform manual assembly with hand tools, conduct quality checks, and keep work areas clean while following established SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and safely use a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products/systems/panels and assist with packing as part of the production line.
• Perform tasks manually or using light hand tools.
• Carry out quality testing in line with the defined production process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow standard operating procedures.
