Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of assembly and test experience.
• Able to read blueprints, route sheets and test specifications.
• Proficient in basic math and using standard measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical reasoning and teamwork.
• Able to train and support lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test and overhaul/repair functions using hand/power tools and test equipment.
• Record test results and interpret data.
• Follow blueprints and specifications to produce compliant parts.
• Maintain quality, safety, and organized work area.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and cost-savings suggestions.
