Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses and electronic subassemblies following military-grade standards and detailed work instructions
• Operate equipment including crimp presses, sonic welders, and wire strippers
• Route, wire, and assemble components using wire layout boards
• Perform in-process and final visual/dimensional inspections
• Prep, clean, pot, seal, mark, and install electrical hardware using hand and power tools
• Support engineering on new product introductions and first articles
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
