Veritech is seeking an entry-level Technician/Assembler to join our Aberdeen, MD manufacturing team. No prior assembly experience is required as full training on tools, processes, safety, and tasks is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per work instructions and training.
• Use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow company safety policies at all times.
• Learn new tasks and cross-train in other assembly areas as needed.
• Complete company-sponsored training in J-STD-001 soldering standards and earn certification.
