Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and finished products according to work instructions and drawings.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for fit, quality, and workmanship.
• Identify damaged parts or defects and report them.
• Maintain production rates while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Complete production and quality documentation as required.
