Job summary

Generac is seeking an Assembler I to operate with work instruction drawings, schematics, and basic tooling in a manufacturing setting. You will follow quality standards, participate in continuous improvement, and collaborate with team members on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to read simple diagrams, and capable of performing repetitive assembly tasks safely and efficiently. This on-site role supports production across multiple areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand and execute basic assembly procedures and interpret simple diagrams.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Use drawings, schematics, and basic assembly equipment to perform assembly.
• Follow established quality standards and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• May cross-train in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
• Develop understanding of products and their impact on the business.
• Practice safe operation and comply with PPE requirements.
