Job summary

• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of complex assembly or related experience (Assembler II).
• Demonstrated Assembler II competency and readiness for higher-level duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and work instructions; maintain quality and safety standards.
• Resolve assembly issues with guidance from peers or supervisor; utilize ERP data when needed.
• Lead by example in team settings and support cross-training in multiple assembly areas.
