Qualifications

  • Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience with ERP/SAP and basic machine operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Uses work instructions, drawings and schematics to assemble products per specifications.
  • Resolves problems with peer or supervisor guidance based on level and complexity.
  • Leads problem solving and implements countermeasures at higher levels.
  • Cross trains in multiple assembly areas and trains others on standard work.
  • Develops understanding of products and how they impact the business.
  • Participates in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
