• 0-1 year of assembly or related experience.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products from drawings and schematics using assembly equipment following safety and quality standards.
• Follow established procedures and participate in continuous improvement (Drive to Zero).
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas as needed to support business needs.
• Develop understanding of products and how they impact the business.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with problem solving as needed.
