Job summary

EXP Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level AP/AR Analyst to join our accounting team in North Bergen, New Jersey. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with accounting coursework to gain hands-on experience as full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will assist with processing accounts payable and receivable, track payments, maintain accurate records, and support the accounting team. A high school diploma is required along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Support invoice entry, payment processing, and billing activities.
• Help track incoming and outgoing payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with basic account reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing inquiries.
