Lippert Components, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst I to support foundational AP processes. You will batch and code invoices, perform 3-way match validations, and upload documentation into the imaging system to ensure timely, compliant handling.

You will assist in reconciling vendor statements and support basic audit requests. This entry-level role emphasizes transactional processing, SOP adherence, confidentiality, and teamwork within a broader procure-to-pay cycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of administrative or accounts payable experience, or relevant post-secondary education.
• Basic understanding of accounting or financial concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices in a single system.
• Batch and code invoices, including plant and freight invoices.
• Execute 3-way matching for purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices.
• Reconcile invoices to vendor statements and support accurate payment cycles.
• Maintain document control and send documents for approvals as necessary.
