Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking an entry-level Accounts Receivable Analyst I to support plant locations by posting invoices, verifying account data, and handling routine customer transactions. This role focuses on accurate data entry and timely cash application within the order-to-cash process.

The position requires attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, with potential for occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting or financial concepts is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions for dedicated plant systems.
• Process manual billing for all intercompany and external transactions.
• Maintain document control and send documents for approvals as necessary.
• Support AR processing for dedicated plants.
• Communicate effectively to build professional relationships.
• Maintain compliance with SOX, security, confidentiality, and safe system usage policies.
