Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome during arrival and check-in, including special needs support.
• Handle ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine.
• Ensure wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked items are available for loading and arrival.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards per policy.
