Northrop Grumman is seeking an Aircraft Structures Mechanic – Entry Level for the Clearfield, UT site. The role supports major assembly structures such as fuselage panels and bulkheads, and structural subassemblies like rudders, flaps, and stabilizers. B-Shift: Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am; U.S.

Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance required. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, aligning parts, and performing various fabrication and inspection tasks with calibrated tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitious work (lifting up to 35 pounds).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Translate blueprints into fabrications of structural assemblies.
• Align parts on jigs using templates and fixtures.
• Perform part-fitting operations (drilling, riveting, reaming, etc.).
• Measure parts with calipers or micrometers to verify dimensions.
• Support continuous improvement in production methods and equipment.
