Job summary

Cirrus is seeking a Production Technician for its Duluth, MN facility to contribute to composite or assembly work on aircraft components. You will learn to use hand tools and pneumatic fixtures, aligning parts to design specifications and documenting process steps.

The role requires flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced aviation environment. Responsibilities include installing fasteners, routing wires, applying sealants, and following build instructions with adherence

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years related experience or training in manufacturing or aircraft-related fields.
• Experience with reading engineering drawings and following build instructions.
• Ability to use hand tools and pneumatic fixtures and select appropriate tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install aircraft components per instructions.
• Use fixtures to ensure fit, clearance, alignment and performance.
• Troubleshoot aircraft system issues and propose solutions.
• Document defects on non-conforming parts and maintain records.
• Train other Technicians and demonstrate procedures as needed.
