RSM US LLP is seeking an entry-level AI Machine Learning Engineer to design, test, and deploy ML models across business applications in a hybrid work setting. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to productionize models and contribute to experimentation and documentation.

The role emphasizes hands-on data work, foundational AI knowledge, and a willingness to learn while supporting enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in ML, data science, or software development.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• Azure AI Fundamentals or similar entry-level certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendations.
• Support preprocessing and basic analysis of datasets using standard data tools.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to help integrate models into production systems.
• Assist with experiments and model evaluations, documenting results for senior team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
