RSM US LLP is seeking an entry-level AI Machine Learning Engineer to support the development, testing, and deployment of AI and ML solutions across business domains. You will gain hands-on experience with data, models, and production-ready workflows in a collaborative environment.

You will work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams, contribute to experiments, and stay current with AI/ML research while building foundational knowledge in ML engineering practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Azure AI Fundamentals or similar entry‑level certification (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing ML models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendations.
• Support preprocessing and basic analysis of datasets using standard data tools.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Assist with experiments and model evaluations, documenting results for senior team members.
• Stay up to date with AI/ML research and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
