RSM in Chicago is seeking an AI Machine Learning Engineer to support the development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML solutions that enhance business capabilities. This entry-level role provides hands‑on experience working with data and models while building foundational knowledge in AI engineering practices.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to help integrate models into production systems, assist with experiments and evaluations, and document results for

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Azure AI Fundamentals or similar entry-level certification (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or software development (internship or academic projects acceptable).

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendations.
• Support preprocessing and basic analysis of datasets using standard data tools.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to help integrate models into production systems.
