Job summary

RSM US LLP in Atlanta, GA is seeking an entry-level AI Machine Learning Engineer to support the development, testing, and deployment of AI and ML solutions across business domains. You will gain hands-on experience with data and models while building foundational knowledge in AI engineering practices.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate models into production systems, perform experiments, document results, and stay current with AI/ML research.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or software development (internship or academic projects accepted).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience.
• Azure AI Fundamentals or similar entry-level certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendations.
• Support preprocessing and basic analysis of datasets using standard data tools.
• Work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to help integrate models into production systems.
• Assist with experiments and model evaluations, documenting results for senior team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
