Job summary

PacAero Agawam is seeking an organized Sales, Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Agawam, MA. The role provides administrative and operational support across Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

No prior aerospace experience is required; we will train the right candidate. This onsite, full-time position runs Monday–Friday, offering opportunities to learn and grow while supporting multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfortable learning ERP/MRP and other company systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales and Purchasing teams.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in company systems; assist with inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, order acknowledgments, and sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Shipping, and other departments to support customer requirements.
• Create and process purchase orders; liaise with vendors on pricing and lead times.
• Support general administrative tasks and cross-functional projects.
