Job summary

PacAero Agawam, located in Agawam, MA, is seeking an organized, entry-level Sales, Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator. You will support Sales and Purchasing, manage customer orders, and help keep inventory and internal communication running smoothly. No extensive manufacturing experience required; training is provided.

This full-time, on-site position offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced aerospace environment and exposure to multiple business functions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role supporting Sales, Purchasing and Inventory with training provided.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems required.
• Willingness to learn ERP/MRP and other company systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales and Purchasing teams.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in company systems; respond to inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, acknowledgments, and sales reports; maintain records.
• Create and process purchase orders; monitor lead times and supplier info.
• Support Inventory and Operations to keep orders and communication organized.
• Assist with data entry and ERP system updates; cross-functional coordination.
