Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Covina, CA, is seeking a Production Technician - Assembly for the 2:00pm–10:30pm shift.

You will fabricate, assemble, and repair high-precision composite products for aerospace applications, following strict Master Work Instructions and blueprints. You will read work orders, lay out materials, cut, drill, and finish parts, and verify dimensions with precision tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• U.S. Person required (per ITAR considerations).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and repair composite products per Master Work Instructions.
• Read work orders and dimensional specs to ensure accuracy.
• Verify part dimensions with dial indicators, micrometers, and calipers.
• Maintain safe work practices and support a safe production environment.
• Meet production and quality targets and contribute to customer satisfaction.
