Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have unrestricted US work authorization.
• 0+ years of post-graduation professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail, work ethic, and judgment.
• Team player with ability to learn quickly and adapt to industry changes.
• Interest in advertising sales across media & entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily client requests with account executives and managers.
• Facilitate client order entry and management across internal departments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Traffic, Sponsorship, and Pricing teams for post-sale execution.
• Ensure compliance with brand safety guidelines and standards.
• Monitor campaign impressions and adjust as needed to deliver and bill in full.
• Generate reports and resolve discrepancies in campaigns and creative work.
• Collaborate with Billing/Finance to ensure revenue recognition at campaign end.
• Provide ongoing reporting to Sales teams and assist with routine responsibilities.
