Job summary

Paramount Advertising is seeking an entry-level Sales Operations professional to support ad sales campaigns across Linear and Digital platforms in New York City. You’ll work with account teams, Traffic, Billing and Finance to ensure orders are entered, delivered, and billed accurately.

This role offers exposure to multiple teams, hands-on reporting, and a path to grow in advertising sales within a global media company.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree required.
• US work authorization required.
• 0+ years of post-graduation professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with account executives and account managers to fulfill daily client requests.
• Facilitate client order entry and management across internal departments and external clients.
• Communicate with Sales, Traffic, Sponsorship, and Pricing & Inventory partners for post-sale execution.
• Coordinate with Ad. Ops to ensure assets, brand safety, and requests comply with guidelines.
• Monitor campaign impressions and report; adjust as needed to ensure delivery and billing.
• Generate reports to fix discrepancies and resolve campaign issues.
• Collaborate with Billing/Finance to clear discrepancies and revenue recognition.
• Provide ongoing reporting to Sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales Associate Managers on routine responsibilities and career goals.
