Responsibilities

• Distribute mail, order supplies, answer phones, and greet visitors.
• Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving and HR filing and data entry.
• Greet customers, clients and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as needed.
• Maintain office memos and informative postings.
• Operate technology and software such as voicemail, copy/scanners, PCs, and MS Office.
