Job summary

Northwest Cascade, Inc. — Home of Honey Bucket, in Puyallup, WA, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist at entry level. This full-time, on-site role supports the Credit team by processing payments (credit card, check, and electronic), handling mail, and keeping accounts organized.

No accounting degree or prior AR experience required; we'll train you. We offer a starting pay of $19–$21 per hour, regular office hours, and opportunities to learn and grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• Good organization and the ability to follow procedures.
• Dependability, follow-through, and a willingness to learn.
• A friendly, helpful approach to customers and teammates.
• Customer service, cash-handling, data-entry, or office experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Enter electronic, credit card, and check payments accurately into customer accounts.
• Pick up, sort, and distribute mail.
• Keep payment records and paperwork organized and confidential.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Support the Credit team with routine office tasks and direct account questions to the appropriate team member.
